This play seeks to bring out the real situation of the roads in narok county where the wananchi feel like the county government has not done enough to ensure that the roads are in good condition hence tarmacked.The residents of the town feel that the funds meant for road construction and maintenance are misused and embezzled.In the play ,an intelligent neighbour educates his counterparts on the roles of the County and National Governments and their responsibilities as citizens in expressing their grievances.
